TERMS OF E-FRANCHISEE: The Area Portal membership is offered to E-franchisee conditioned on Applicant acceptances without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. E-franchisee contracts of the Area Portal membership constitute E-franchisee agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. The Area Portal contains and standards links to websites, web pages and services also controlled by GO Hairdressers Club and E-franchisee operates of each Area Portal Site is also subject to the Agreement and other terms and guidelines, if any, contained within each GO Hairdressers Club's Terms and Conditions.

LIMITATION: The membership is for E-franchisee operates and non-resalable. E-franchisee may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Area Portal membership and/or Area Portal Standard sites.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES: The Area Portal sites and the GO Hairdressers Club sites may contain links to websites operated by parties other than GO Hairdressers Club. Such links are provided for user convenience only. GO Hairdressers Club does not control such websites, and is not responsible for their contents. GO Hairdressers Club's inclusion of links to such Websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE: As a condition of E-franchisee uses of the Area Portal membership, E-franchisee warrant to GO Hairdressers Club that E-franchisee will not use the Area Portal for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful or prohibited by the this Agreement. E-franchisee agrees that GO Hairdressers Club may terminates Area Portal membership with no obligation to refund fees paid, in the event that E-franchisee use such Area Portal for any improper purpose, as determine in Portal Contents Standard.

PORTAL CONTENTS STANDARD: E-franchisee agrees to use the Area Portal, E-franchisee will not:

1. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others or GO Hairdressers Club.
2. Advertise, Promotes or links to a site that provides information regarding or promoting illegal activity.
3. Advertise, Promotes or depicts discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical, age or sexual orientation.
4. Advertise, Publish, post, upload, links, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, sexually explicit, violent material, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
5. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
6. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
7. Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose unless proper, legal and related to the particular Forum.
8. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters unless proper, legal and related to the particular Forum.
9. Download or forward any file posted by another user of a Forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
10. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
11. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the website users.

GO Hairdressers Club has no obligation to monitor the Area Portal sites information. However, GO Hairdressers Club reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials there from, in whole or in part, in GO Hairdressers Club's sole discretion.

PUBLIC WEBSITES USER: E-franchisee acknowledges that all website user are public and not private community; therefore others may read Area Portal content without E-franchisee knowledge. Always use caution when putting out any information at Area Portal sites. GO Hairdressers Club specifically disclaims any liability with regard to website user any actions resulting from E-franchisee's Area Portal. Area Portal sites information does not necessarily reflect GO Hairdressers Club.

STANDARD OF PORTAL: The arrangement, design, style, format, information, size of space, and services included on the Area Portal Standard may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the standard herein. GO Hairdressers Club and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the Area Portal standard at any time. Advice received via the E-franchisee or in any manner from GO Hairdressers Club, or its advisers, should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and E-franchisee should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to E-franchisee's situation.

CONSTRACTION INCOME: GO Hairdressers Club is providing E-franchisee with the capability and right for E-franchisee to recruit and charge fee to advertisers or agencies for any advertisement displace, that included text(s), picture, banner, button, logo, news, press campaign and/or links to another websites.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS: GO Hairdressers Club reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Area Portal membership is offered.
